Alta Moda (High Fashion) By Mario Testino
Testino’s latest collection shows Perú’s typical garmets as pieces of a Haute Couture collection. These hand-made pieces are unique, made by the population of the Peruavian zone of the Andes mountains, taking years for their completition, becoming really once in a lifetime garmets to wear. They are also charged with a huge emotional value, as they carry the history of the family who made them and their own legacy as a part of the Peruavin Tradition.
Testino returns to his own land traditions, as he explores these garmets that reflect beauty and mystic.
To the collection are added 5 pieces of Dior’s Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2005 by John Galliano, inspired by Peruvian folklore.
